Splendour is one of Cushman & Wakefield’s sales concepts, the main purpose of this project was to introduce buyers to a series of high quality luxury real estate developments.
In the past, the design of their brochure was made by folding a sheet of rectangular paper into multiple panels, but to enhance their project’s collectability, we proposed to modify its existing form. By using a series of postcards that are stored in an envelope, we refined it into a luxury development showcase. For the material of the brochure, we chose paper that had a stone-like texture so that the buyers can experience the developments’ building material through touch.
For the cover, we extracted the key details of the development and expressed it through an illustration. Sometimes, these artistic elements can help to leave a lasting impression on the intended audience.
