EXQUISITE TOWNHOUSE
We designed a leaflet for Cushman & Wakefield to promote an exclusive townhouse rarely seen for sale in the market.
Taking inspiration from the natural elements of the property, we used asymmetrical shapes and various colors to create a layering effect for its cover and utilized special finishings like hot foil stamping and die cutting for a strong visual impact.
