We organized a large amount of information in an interesting way. We designed a guide for Cushman & Wakefield that introduces office buildings in Hong Kong to potential investors in Mainland China. The brochure includes valuable property information, photographs, area introductions, details about the buying and selling process and more. Through this guide, buyers can have all the information they need to make a purchasing decision right at their fingertips.
Since the guide held an incredible amount of information, we designed a special red book jacket that would help readers from getting overwhelmed. On its front, the jacket features a hand sketch of Hong Kong’s skyline when unfolded, and on its back we designed an infographic that shows the ratings of each district’s rental prices, building quality, transportation, supporting facilities and image. This way, buyers could easily locate the content that they need through this simple entry point, and allows them to fully utilize the rest of the guide.
